Want to melt fat, create muscle and improve cardio by learning the art of kettlebell lifting? This workshop is great for beginning, intermediate and advanced kettlebell practitioners. Proper mechanics, alignment, breathing and positioning for all of the traditional kettlebell lifts will be taught. You will also learn highly specific and world class technical movement so you can feel confident when you go to lift a bell. The clean, swing, snatch, jerk and long cycle will be covered as well as optimal hand and elbow placement, allowing you to tax your cardio system to its max while maintaining a strong form. Led by Master Coach Moses Dungca who was trained and certified under World Champion and Master of Sport Valery Fedorenko. This workshop will give you the basic foundation to become a great lifter and continue upward in the culture of kettlebell sport. 90 minutes. Mat and Towel required.
