The Set and Flow 50 hr Barefoot Bootcamp/Kettlebell Training certification has been the most innovative system developed for group fitness classes and has enabled instructors from all different modalites; pilates, yoga, fitness, private, to find an integrated approach to movement. The foundation for this system is kettlebell sport style, but we go much further than that by implementing three dimensional drills, body weight flows, cardio, counter postures and core exercises crafted for the highest quality of results in the shortest amount of time.
We also use our proven method of “teacher tools” using voice, eye contact, body language, presence, cuing, and use of space among others to help bring out the personality, charisma of each instructor who has done this certification.
By the end of this 50 hour training you will have learned how to execute and cue kettlebell exercises from beginner to advanced, including the swing, clean, press and snatch. You will also have the ability to structure both a kettlebell technique class and a Barefoot Bootcamp kettlebell fusion style class.
Further you will learn how to deconstruct and reconstruct movement patterns for students of all levels, and thoroughly learn a formatted “Barefoot Bootcamp Class” that has been tried, tested, and used in one of the most successful fusion studios in Los Angeles.
