We will be breaking down the practice step by step with detailed explanations of pranayama breath work, bandhas, drishtis, and correct adjustments/modifications. Practice will include sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and a closing sequence.
Why Ashtanga-Inspired Flow? This practice helps build strength, endurance, and lung capacity. You will be increasing flexibility and muscle tone, developing mental focus, and reducing stress.
