Have you ever wanted to do inversions or arm balances in your yoga practice, but fear takes over your body and you watch instead? Shed the fear while we take you through a 2 hour workshop on inversions and arm balances for all levels.
We begin the workshop with a brief description on what inversions and arm balances are and why we do them (no, they’re not just cool party tricks or Instagram pics).
Next, we warm up our bodies with a short unheated Vinyasa (flow) class.
After the warm up, students will be led through arm balances and inversion postures step by step. Since this is an all levels workshop, layers will be added to each posture.
