A heated power vinyasa class that builds up to peak postures geared toward intermediate practitioners. Hot Power Flow 2 explores and builds up to more advanced yoga postures from the ground up. Emphasis is placed on core and fluid transitions. Mat and towel required. 95 degree 40% humidity. 60 min.

Abs, Buns and Guns 45

A 45 minute class that targets your entire core and teaches you how to fully engage your abdominals by incorporating Mat 1 & 2 Pilates drills. This low impact class uses booty blasting exercises to lift your glutes and tone your backside. Lastly, sculpt your guns and light up your biceps, triceps and shoulders with dumbbells or resistance bands. Mat and towel required. 95 degrees, 40% humidity. Class uses dumbbells, band, block or ball.

Barefoot Bootcamp 60

The ultimate mash up of yoga, pilates and Kettle bells. This heated, 60 minute class is practiced on a yoga mat and will forge a powerful physique by testing your mobility, strength, athleticism and endurance. It makes the most of your time by developing muscle that is SHOW and GO. The heaviest, sweatiest bang for your buck! No shoes. Mat and towel required. All Levels.

Looking for a quick cardio workout? Develop more cardiovascular stamina and blast your upper body and core by using battle ropes. Our rope system focuses on burning the most calories in the shortest amount of time. 5 minute warm up, 5 minute cool, 20 min. of work. No shoes required. All levels. Mat recommended.

Hollywood H.I.T. Circuit

3 stations. 3 rounds. 3 times thru. Burn up to a 1,000 calories in our circuit based class that utilizes timed stations to get the most caloric burn in the shortest amount of time. 45 second intervals focusing on: lower body, upper body, core and H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) movements using:kettlebells, TRX, sliders, resistance bands, hand weights and more. Complete each circuit with up to 4 partners and finish each class with a freestyle cardio Tabata.

Welcome to the next level of core, cardio and toning. Practiced on a yoga mat, this 60 minute class is taught in a 95 degree room. Based on the Joseph Pilates Mat 1,2 Method to improve core strength, you will also: build muscle with body weight training, burn fat with cardio and tone arms, legs and abs with the use of resistance bands, all while listening to amazing soundtracks on our state of the art sound system. A split between high-intensity cardio using battle ropes and weight lifting with kettlebells. Develop a powerful booty and athletic physique with kettlebell strength exercises that include deadlifts, swings, and lunges. If you want maximum strength and sex appeal in minimal time, look no further than the Russian kettle bell. The kettle bell will help develop a posterior chain that is bullet proof. You will be able to bounce quarters off your backside while developing functional strength through the use of deadlifts, presses, and the king of all exercises the kettle bell swing. Every Tuesday night, former nightclub DJ turned yoga studio owner, Seth Manheimer, leads a Hot Power Flow class of a different sort. It’s basic but it’s a challenge. Total Body Circuit 45

Test your athleticism in this 45 minute circuit style class. Battleropes, TRX, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises coupled with mobility drills will give you the satisfaction of an intense full body workout. This class is designed for efficiency, by using interval training, speed, explosive movement and cardio drills to lean and tone your body. Non-heated, no mat needed. Towel and grip socks mandatory/ indoor shoes optional.

Xtreme Cardio Boxing

A high intensity, fat burning, cardio boxing class that fuses core, agility, and plyometrics into one seamless experience. Work the heavy bag with jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts along with various conditioning drills that will shred your physique. This class is set in our LED color lit room with a nightclub level sound system, you will leave feeling like a champion.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts. You will not be allowed entry if you are late. There is NO grace period. Wrap your hands, throw on some gloves and get ready to rumble.

The opposite of our traditional yoga practice. Release, surrender, let go. Designed to stimulate the connective tissue, this near motionless yoga class recruits gravity to find your edge. There is no such thing as being too comfortable in a yin class. First one to fall asleep gets milk and cookies. Heated to 90 degrees, 30-40% humidity. Mat and towel required.

A non-heated class with all the benefits of our Hot Flow without the heaters and humidity. This class is designed to guide you through fluid movements, synched with breath as you connect one posture to the next. Set in our beautiful Academy room with dark wood floors, exposed brick walls and giant windows that overlook Hollywood, the environment is designed to help the student become immersed in their practice. Please arrive early. Late comers will not be permitted to class as to not disturb the other students. Mat required.
